1. general rules

Agreement subject

Party A (platform): FY BIZ LIMITED

Party B (user): a natural person, legal person or other organization who buys goods through Party A's platform.

force of agreement

User registration, login or order shall be deemed to agree to these terms and other rules of the platform.

2. Commodity information and order rules

product exhibition

Commodity information (price, specifications, quality, etc.) is subject to the page display, and users need to check it carefully.

Order confirmation

After the user submits the order, the platform will send the order confirmation notice through SMS / station letter; the user shall complete the payment within 24 hours, and the overdue order will be cancelled automatically.

Price and freight

The price of goods includes taxes and packaging fees, and the freight shall be borne by the user according to the public standard of the platform (except for free freight activities).

3. Payment and settlement

Invoice issuance

Users can apply for an electronic invoice within 7 days after the completion of the order.

4. Commodity delivery and acceptance

Distribution responsibility

The platform shall deliver according to the delivery address filled in by the user. If the delivery fails due to the wrong address, the user shall bear the re-delivery cost.

acceptance level

Users need to check and accept the goods on the spot. If the outer packaging is damaged or the goods are inconsistent, they can reject them and contact the customer service for handling.

5. Return and exchange rules

Seven days without reason

In accordance with the "Interim Measures for Return of Goods purchased online for Seven Days without reason", users can return the goods without reason within 7 days after receipt (except for customized, fresh and perishable, etc.).

Quality problem handling

If the goods have quality problems, the user shall provide the testing certificate within 15 days, and the platform shall bear the freight of return and exchange.

6. Rights and obligations of users

User responsibility

The platform shall not release illegal information (such as endangering national security, obscene and violent content, etc.), otherwise the platform has the right to stop using the account and pursue legal responsibility.

privacy protection

The platform protects users' personal information in accordance with the law, and shall not disclose it to third parties without authorization (except for legal requirements).

7. Dispute Resolution and Disclaimer

treatment of disputes

The transaction dispute shall be settled through negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, it may file a lawsuit with the local court of the platform.

disclaimer

If the service is interrupted due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or system failure), the platform shall not be liable for compensation.

8. Modification and termination of the Agreement

Terms updated

The platform can adjust and revise the terms according to the business, and the revised content will take effect through the announcement on the station.

Termination of agreement

If a user violates this clause or laws and regulations, the Platform shall have the right to terminate the service and reserve the right to pursue the liability.

(Note: For matters not covered in this clause, the supplementary agreement or a single commodity contract published on the platform shall prevail.）
